Dat heeft Hij beloofd

De nieuwe week is al weer begonnen. Hoe zal het gaan, wat zal het  me brengen? Geen mens die het weet. Alles is zo onzeker eigenlijk.

He's got the whole world in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands.

He's got my brothers and my sisters in His hands,
He's got my brothers and my sisters in His hands,
He's got my brothers and my sisters in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands.

He's got the sun and the rain in His hands,
He's got the moon and the stars in His hands,
He's got the wind and the clouds in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands.

He's got the rivers and the mountains in His hands,
He's got the oceans and the seas in His hands,
He's got you and he's got me in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands.

He's got everybody here in His hands,
He's got everybody there in His hands,
He's got everybody everywhere in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands.

Heb jij een drukke week?
Ervaar je dat Hij bij je is?

Hello Indy
Thank you for visiting my blog. What a delight to meet someone from halfway around the world. Henri Nouwen is one of my favorite authors, and he is from Netherlands!

Have a blessed week ahead of you!

Peace

Thank you for this encouragement, Indy - isn't a wonderful thing to have God's assurance that He is with us and in control of all our circumstances? I really do need to remember this!!! And thanks for those words: are they from the old Sunday School hymn 'He's Got the Whole World in His Hands'? I seem to remember singing it.

I pray that the Lord would be with you as you serve Him this week - which reminds me: thank you so much also for your reminder that we need to arm ourselves with the armour of God! This is something that I really do need to remember and do as I am so quick to rely on my own resources and less on His.

Again, thank you!
Your sister in Christ,
Violet
